My rent is over $1,200 a month. My issues are with the on going leaks(ceiling, sinks,washer,ect) and lack of repairs and solutions. I have fixed several of them myself. Recently do to the failure of the leasings company to have the A/C serviced, it leaked and caved in my roof, luckily not much was ruined by water but the office told my fiance to shut off unit until they had time to come fix it. It was a beautiful 114 degrees that day outside, and 111 inside. She called at 6am and I heard she had NO air on at 5:30pm, ths outraged me. They came out and cleaned overflow line, then left. I am renting through Remax and I have been complaining about varies maintenace issues we have went two months without the use of our masterbath. The backdoor is upside down when it rains water comes in from the bottom we were told to put a towel down to soak up the water from the rug. We pay our rent every month twice it has been late i want to know is there anything as a teneat that i can do.
